Shipping & Returns

General Info

*  We ship to the entire United States (excluding US territories) and Canada
*  All orders ship via Federal Express
*  NO PO BOXES allowed for delivery ( your order will be promptly cancelled if this occurs)
*  Orders ship from our warehouse in Georgia, arrival times vary by proximity
*  Shipping rates are generated automatically during checkout process as they vary by order weight and distance
*  Our business operates 10am - 6pm EST , Monday – Saturday; orders placed outside these hours will not be processed until the next work shift
*  Check with us regarding shipping around major holidays as we do not always have staff to fill orders on the following day (e.g., day after Thanksgiving)

Signed Delivery Requests

*  By default we DO NOT require signatures for delivery, packages will be left at their destination
*  You must specifically request signatures for delivery by contacting us after placing an order
*  We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for delivery carrier mistakes
*  If there is a carrier mistake with your order, you must ask us to file a claim with FedEx
*  You will ONLY be compensated if we recover the money from FedEx through this claim process

Ground Shipping

*  US Ground orders typically arrive in UP TO 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS
*  CANADIAN Ground orders typically arrive in UP TO 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS
*  Ground service is NOT GUARANTEED and we are not responsible for any shipping delays 
*  To receive your order by a specific date we recommend choosing an Express Shipping option

Express Shipping

*  All express orders MUST be placed BEFORE 3
to ship same day
*  We offer 3-day, 2-day and Overnight options through FedEx

In Store Pickup

* No Store Pickup

Cancellations/Changes and Return:

* Exchanges/Cancellations must be made in the same day that your orders are placed. We ship orders out almost immediately after we receive them.  You can only make Exchanges/cancellations before your order is processed. A processing fee of $20 will be charged for all Exchanges/cancellations. Once your order has shipped, Exchange and cancellations are not possible.

* If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition, if merchandise was originally in seal packaging, it's expected to be returned in the same way. Unsealed/used items are not resalable, and therefore, not accepted for refunds if returned unfortunately. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We must receive the returns within seven business days from the date of your original received date. For returns we charge 35% (from the total of your order) restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.

* All Clearance Items sales are final, for any reason no exchange, no return and no refund.
